The thing about online blogs or also known as electronic diaries is that, they have complicated texts as templates. People who use them only for the purpose of blogging tend to find it especially tedious to edit the fonts or change the background colour. As such, other blog readers find it difficult to read the entries and thus these technology- ignorant people, had get all stressed up and start looking for books or people to help solve the problem. That, actually was referring to people like me who have not the slightest idea how blog skins are created and the only part I know how to edit is the 'links', and 'about me' part. Other than that, I'm a gone case. So, i really apologise if my entries get too long and the print is small, totally understand that, will try to get some help from the experts to overcome that problem.
i dunnoe what else to blog...so..sayonara chilli sauce!tsk tsk...lol

And so, the prodigy back at work. Crafting out ways to manipulate and carry out his acts of felony. With each prey he stalks, one by one, they fell for his charm and soon, they found themselves too deep in a complicated series of mess, to even report him to legal authorities...

Yesterday's meet up with Amirah aka mirah mirah on the wall, was ger-ate! I dinnoe I can laugh and crap that much...Ever since dinamis, we did not meet until yesterday. the cold ghost
After months of sitting in that office, the cold is really getting to me. Unlike the times in poly where I overcame the fear of cold by spending hours in the library, lts and tutorial classrooms, this hatred for cold is slowly coming back to haunt me again. The first few weeks of work was still bearable, although my colleagues said that I got a freezer as my workspace, I don't really mind, cos i had overcame the sensitivity of cold in poly right? Then, as weeks turn into months, I started to wear not one, but 2 sweaters on top of my long sleeves shirt. And the temperature of the aircon is only set at 25 degrees.-_-
Now, after 3 months of working there, I think I'm going to get sinus soon, cos my nose is starting to hurt and I start to get flu-like symptoms.erk...I hate the cold so much that I can sit under the hot sun and not mind the heat at all. I might even get sun stroke and have an egg or 2 cooked on my head and still not realise it's too hot.lol.
Reminds me of this particular time when me, farihah and darran were talking after lunch. I was saying that I would rather die in a fire, then freeze in ice. Cos, freezing take some time and the agony I'd be in might be too overbearing. Might as well get it over and done with and just burn to death. But farihah and Darran argued that they prefer to freeze than to be burnt. Farihah's reason being that she can die 'beautifully and peacefully', cos u freeze slowly. Darran's reason...I forgot.haha
The crap we discuss back in poly..haiz...
I even switch off the fan even though it's so hot out. :D

Simple life
With the closing of the cafe due to some renovation works, the garden is deserted. There is no one, nobody, except me, me, me...ouh yah, and the insignificant ranger(s). Therefore, all I can say is that I am dying of boredom..or maybe...have I died of boredom? See what being bored can make you become?
Let's do some random and crap talking here:
The staff and bosses had to attend a seminar at lunch time just now. Since they had already warned me earlier that I might have to take a cab to the other side of the garden, I decided to use the opportunity to walk there instead. Usually, when I tell people it takes half an hour to get to the other side of the garden, I thought it might take faster. But when i was walking, or rather BRISK walking, and it took me half an hour, I think that the next time a visitor asks me how long it'll take to travel, I shall say "1 hour". Lucky for me, the day was nice and cooling because of the rain. I think the next time I have to go there on my own again, I will walk. I think I lost 20kg just by walking.LOL.
My mom killed a lizard yesterday night. At first I spotted it climbing cautiously on the wall in the kitchen. It is super big. My sis said that my mom has been feeding it by not closing the left over food.-__- ANYWAY, since I was going to eat, I told my mom to kill it. With expertise like a pest controller, she sprayed Baygon on the lizard. I asked her again if it was dead and the conversation went like this:
Me: Ma, dah mati cicak tu?
Mom: Entah, kau nampak mane dier lari?
Me: Ah! Tu dier!alamak, dah masok blakang ais box
Mom: Eh? Susah lah ni, kalau gitu. takpe, dah mati dah, mama spray direct pat muke dier tadi
Me: Ah, ok lor, klau mama nak keluarkan cicak tu, tk payah lah ma, agaknye dah berape ribu cicak yg ader pat blakang ais box kiter tu.*whispers: 1 more won't make a diff*
So, both of us went back to our work, me, went into my room to surf the net and mom, planning to go to the toilet near my room when she suddenly screamed and ran to the living room.
Me: Ma!asal ma?
Mom: Tu, cicak yang mama spray tadi ikot mama pat toilet!
Me: Laughs...kan dah mati cicak tu
Mom: Agaknye nak balas dendam pasal mama bunuh dier tadi...bulu roma mama sumer naik..geli ni..
So funny, padahal, just a few minutes before the unfortunate incident, she told my adik she's not afraid of cicaks and all..lol...
Seriously, this place is so quiet, I think a cemetry would be noiser, what with the sound of changkuls against earth...people reading prayers, bangladeshis talking...I say this as if I work there..lol
They are 'here', but they are not here...company is not needed anymore. my service ends here....

It was just a dream
There was an accident along bukit timah road just now. 2 cars and a bus collided one after another. I think the first car made a sudden stop so the other 2 vehicles behind it crashed into the car. Luckily our bus driver was smart enough to divert to another road. Saved me from being late for work..(i know, I have to work on Sundays too, happy?lol)
Currently, I'm reading a great book and watching a very good show. 'The Christmas Train' sounds like a kids cum teenager book, but actually it tells about how a writer writes outs his experiences travelling in a train. Since he is not a frequent train traveller, his experiences are unique to him and sometimes, shocking and alarming. There are mysterious bits in this book, and that's what I like about it. Ouh yes, it's also humourous to some extent of which some of them could get pretty cynical. One funny part would be how he pretended to flirt with a, politically speaking, 'vertically-challenged' old lady who is a regular in the train. He does that cos he was actually afraid of her ability to hurt him physically and the lady thought he really liked her and started dressing up for him.it is funny, i tell u.haha
'Pushing daisies' is also another thing which keeps me awake till late at night everyday. As my workplace blocks and prevents us from watching videos, and I spend practically 3 quarters of my day at work, I am only left with late nights to watch this show. This show is about a man who could wake up the dead with a single touch and the subsequent touch of the same person would make him/ her dead again, but this time, dead forever. And if he wakes up the dead for more than a minute, another life from within that place they are in would be taken away. So he can only wake the dead up for a max of a minute. This, is an entertaining show for me, yet, it always leaves behind deep meaning in each episode. It tells me that love can conquer anything and that only when death comes to you, do you have all the bravery to admit your doings- which includes wrongdoings too.
You guys should watch pushing daisies and borrow the christmas train from the library if you are interested in fiction based books...
Today is a boring day, thus the straight-to-the-point entry. I've been doing that alot lately and I think it's because life has become too boring for me.I am a sad, sad person. Ouh, it was raining in the earlier part of the day too, so the day now is pretty slow...so slow that after 10 minutes of looking at the clock, I still don't see any movement in the clock hands. Maybe it felt like 10 minutes, but in actual fact, it isn't.
I have worms in my stomach. I can eat noodles...2 hours later, I would get so famished, I feel like dying if I don't get a bite to eat. Since the food I eat doesn't go out through any outlet and yet I still feel hungry after 2 hours even though I have only been sitting down, I conclude that there are extra terrestial beings in my stomach...or maybe, just worms.tsk tsk.
I was so happy when we finally talked. She even treated me to food on the way to our holiday. We talked and laughed. I smiled as I wake up, and sadness pours over me as realisation hits me that it was just, a dream...

When people become carnivorous
Random thoughts keep buzzing in my head as I sit and contemplate on things and events that I would like to fill the blog up with. Many things have been going on and it all goes so fast that I still wonder how I could catch up with it all.
Went for SIM's briefing and registration the day before. I thought I would never survive the briefing cos I know no one who would be going to the same course as me. But I was proved wrong. Just minutes of sitting in the lt, my handphone rang. Turns out, one of my group project mate saw me in the lt and she and I happen to be in the same course and class!cool. After the briefing, I sat together with adee and kyn outside the lt. While waiting for ama and syaf, I called fana...as I was talking, a girl tapped me on my shoulder. It took me a few minutes to realise I know her from somewhere, but I don't know where. Still, I took down her mobile number since she would also be in my course and class. And all this while, I thought I would be friendless in the new environment.hah...
Ama, kyn, adee, syaf and I then went to Vivo city to have lunch..or rather, early dinner. On the way there, syaf and ama posed us a riddle:
Syaf: What can be consumed raw, cooked, but cannot be washed?
adee: Under what category of food does this belong in?
adee & fattanah: is it even food in the first place?
I guessed water, but they wouldn't ans if it is right or not, so the guessing continued...
Ama: Kyn, what is your ans?
Kyn: I don't know,what's the question again?-______-
all gave kyn a 'look'..haha, so syaf repeated and kyn said...
kyn: meat?
All: Laughs
Fattanah: You mean your mother doesn't wash meat before cooking?aaaahahah!!
Syaf: Patotlah kau nye tulang merah!(original, no nid food colouring)
Kyn: Sorrylah, my brain is not functioning well today
Fattanah: I can see that!
All: Laughs
This may not sound funny when you read it, but when you encounter it yourself, it's so funny you can roll off the stairs that you're going down on..(that is, if you are going down the stairs)..Ouh, btw, the ans IS water..tskk..
Those people are one of the funniest bunch and anything can happen with them around. To adee, kyn, ama and syaf, had fun with you guys yesterday and kyn!pics pls, and the next time we go to your house, please serve vegetarian.thanks.hahaha
Either I wear something totally mismatched, so outfashioned, too overly dressed, or I wear something just nice, BUT doesn't suit the weather. Like, today, I'm wearing sweater...when it's so hot out.tsk tsk. Nice clothes don't get along with me.hah.

The Daily Routine
today's workshop... CAN DIE. they say baking.
well, it's more than just that.
smell of eggs, nutella, crushed oreo everywhere.
It is just so messy
Kids are just as messy, the apron didn't help much
But they made their own edible potted plant, and also some mini muffins.so, still ok
The cleanup after that was terrible, horrible and what not. The place was so messy lar, macam dekat rubbish dump. but it's ok, cos they ARE rubbish left over, so ape aku merepek ni.aku nak tido.hahaha

Loved and always will be
Kids are the most adorable, cutestand most charming being ever created. I know I have mentioned that a couple of times, especially ever since I 've started working here, but hell, I'm going to say those again..KIDS ARE SUPER CUTE AND ADORABLE CREATURES.haha..
There is this montessori. Brighton Montessori. The kids are super cute, extra adorable and less noisy. Yes, some do cry, because they are only 2 - 4 years old. But most are just expecting fun and joy. oUH, there is this particular European kid. She, is SUPER CUTEEEEE!!!she goes up to everyone and kisses them on the cheek. even the boys. haha, and the boys get scared of her cos she goes around doing that.she will just approach people, look at them, and kiss them on the cheek. then she walks off and does the same to another person. and its soooo comical! a teacher even caught me laughing and she had to laugh herself.
Is it worth investing all that money and in the end, you still have difficulty securing a good job? Is it worth studying so hard to get good grades , when all employers look at in your resume is your past working experiences? Is it worth fighting to get a degree or diploma, when the job you will be holding pays you like a person with O'Levels qualification? They told always told me "study hard, then can go uni then can get good jobs" Easier said than done. Nothing ever sounds as easy. Its an irony to be a jobless graduate.lol..
damn i ate too many chocolates, will walk home instead of taking the bus again...sheesh...
ps: I sound emo.eeee....
Pss: it's the wheather lah..
WARNING: dun blame others for ur own doing...ahahahaha

The Power of Thinking
The checkered season is now back on trend. Everywhere I go, I see girls and guys in checkered shirts. Checkered long sleeves, checkered short sleeves, checkered with skirts, checkered with skinnies, checkered dresses. And I, for one, has fallen victim to this fashion craze of checkeredness. So far, I have a checkered shirt and a checkered dress. And more would be added on to the list. I'm not totally in love with those boxes on shirts, I just like the vintage look it exudes when one wears them.erh...
Dilemma...well, it's not really a dilemma considering the fact that I don't even have to contemplate about anything. But when things get repeated again and again, it just gets to you and then you start thinking about it and at times, contemplating and soon after, it becomes a dilemma. And I hate dilemmas cos they bring you to a world of nowhere. You cannot make decisions and I hate not being able to decide on something.things are always difficult huh, that's why we are never bored of living.Either we enjoy life, or we just get too tired of them.
The last 2 days since dinamis has been rather relaxing for me. Sunday was a half day of work which meant that I had the other half of the day to sleep. Monday was the same, I was supposed to go for work, but I couldn't seem to get my eyes to wake up and i sub consciously msged my supervisor, informing her of my absence from work that day. After feeling like a hundred kg heavy and like I had just been punched in the face, I was able to wake up, clean the house and went Bugis to meet up with FD.
Bugis Village is nice if you go once or twice....a year. but if you go on a regular basis( which I don't understand how some teenagers can ), it gets totally boring and u'd find urself staring at racks and racks of similar, if not, exactly the same type of clothes- all at the same prices too. That was what exactly happened to the both of us, and so we made our way to more exclusive shops along Haji Lane, but that was after I mistaken a girl in a shop as the sales assistant there. There was a nice shirt and I thought of buying, so I asked a girl who happened to move around the shop casually wheather I could try the shirt, she just gave me a pissed off look and pointed to another woman. Turns out that she was a buyer just like me. moral of the story: bring a bag when u go out and don't dress like you're going to the mama shop at your block's void deck.LOL. Back to Haji Lane, without much cash and the expectation of GSS piling on us, we were disappointed that most of the things sold there were beyond 'can-buy' category. But, like what my mom always say "seeing is free", so that short window shopping served as a good eye therapy for us. All in all, the meetup was a good one. hehe
Ps: I'm getting boring. Please don't die of boredom. I will cry.TSK TSK.
Advice for the day: Fill up your time; work, study, play, sleep, anything just as long as you don't indulge in sinful things. This is religiously speaking..haha...

disappointment
After months of practise, perfecting steps, learning new steps, guiding through steps and after hours of putting on make up, helping with make up, helping with attire, Dinamis Seni is finally, over. Now that my mind has finally come to terms with the fact that this production is definitely my last production, and that after this, I have got nothing more to do with MCC or Ngee Ann Poly, I felt very sad and at the same time, happy to end here with a great show. All those memories will definitely be treasured and we will definitely keep in touch.=)
A little bit disappointed though. Credits were not fully given to all. But I guess it's ok, everything is over and done with anyway and that's what everyone is hoping for right..=)
Thank you to all who have helped out in this production, dancers, drama, dikir, makeup people(like illya and fazli!) and all those who have helped back stage, as well as the instructors who never gave up on us. Thank you so much.:)
The fatigue finally got the better of me and I slept like a log and only woke up sub consciously a few times when my hp alarm rang. But I finally woke up when my parents came back home and I realised i only had 1 hr to get ready for work. haiz...even in the bus, I was nodding off just 5 mins into the journey...lol
I'm looking at this husband and wife who's not on talking terms right now. The wife just ignores the husband and leaves him to take care of their 2 kids. and the husband looks tired.Poor guy...sorry, a little bit random....NORMAL..hahah
i still haven't gone shopping...

short lived happiness
I will never spoil my child. That is, I ever have one. Spoilt kids are annoying. I hate annoying and spoilt kids. No matter how u talk or make things interesting for them, they always try to ruin your plan. And when u raise your voice slightly, they throw tantrums.sheesh.
But I still love them all the same. No matter how fidgety they can get - with their super short attention span, at some point in time, they will listen to you and look at you in the most admiring sort of way. There's this boy who's super sweet. When I asked him what he was doing, he said "I am making the most beautiful flower for you" awww, isn't that sweet?hahaha
I can't wait for the week to end...i want to die already...Once the performance is done, work has ended and school have started, I think I should be less tired...right? i dunnoe. I think I'll just end this post here a while, might be back to continue later.haha...but again, later might never come.lol

Just in time
I made it just in time. It started out as a fine cloudy and cool morning, but as soon as I boarded the bus, grey skies started to hide the clear ones. Strong gusts of wind blew, persevering to remove sheltered heads from their umbrellas. Slight drizzle making people start walking faster and then, FUSH!down came the rain. I was lucky, as soon as I reached my workplace, then did the downpour begin. But it did not last for long, right as I am typing this, it is back to a slight drizzle, which, looking at the sky, would clear up in time to come.
Yesterday's practise was...hmm..confusing. I was not confused with what to do, rather with some
steps which had been added or removed. U know when it comes to changes, I am a littleee bit on the slow side to adapting.hahah. Anyhow, I am starting to get comfortable with the prop used which is the chair. I shall not say more in case there are some who may not agree with me even though they know using that chair will make u have leaner arms and helps u give birth more easily.(right amz?lol)
Anyway, I think I 've got looaaddddssss more to practise on and I really hope I have the time to perfect at least 2 out of the 3 dances I'll be doing..hmm...

'They say that nobody is perfect. Then they tell you that practice makes perfect. I wish they’d make up their minds.' - Wilt Chamberlain
I found this quote to be witty and that it is actually quite true at the same time. My teachers, especially my maths teacher, used to ask us to practise and practise all those formulae. She will give us loads of story sums for us to complete as homework and at the end of those, she will put a quote which read "practise makes perfect:)" haha, looking back, I think the purpose of her doing that is not for us to perfect our calculations or methods of deriving answers, but more to motivate us not to give up when we can't solve problems given to us. And we were too...'naive' and actually believed that if we practise the problems, we will actually get them perfect.Hmm, it does work to a certain extent, but we can never be sure that we will always get it right. So, technically speaking, we will never 'perfect' things no matter how much we practise.
one more quote i find interesting is this:
'All things come to those who wait, but when they come they're out of date.'

Haha, like they always say, patience pays. But at times, patience makes you lose out on a lot of things, especially in a competitive environment where people are always fighting to get the best out of the best. i dunnoe what else to continue, i might just end up preaching and nagging.hahaha
IM HIGH.

new new new!!
Ok, I know, I know, after soooo long, I have finally changed my blogskin. It was a sudden need to change and I found myself looking through very nice skins, some, making me want to change on the spot. But this skin finally made my mind, heart and fingers change it. I like the 2 girls on my blog. They are uber cute and their smiles just make you want to smile too..(well, for me, that is..)=)
Yesterday's day out with sinah was...confusing. Both of us were listless, we don't really know where to go, what to do and all. And with me not receiving my long due salary yet, we had no choice but to minimise spending as much as possible. In fact, so much that we only spent on...food.hahah
Planned to go tarian, but najiha suddenly smsed that she would be going off at 10pm. Rushed home, persuaded my mom real hard to come along with me cos I had no company. Really had to thank my mom alot, she was tired and had a headache, but she still came along to send bestie off. Turns out, najiha's whole family went with her, but they'll only stay for 2 weeks before leaving her mom and her for another 2 months before her mom leaves her to stay for 4 years. God. 4 years is a long time. I'll have no one to irritate and still keep quiet, I'll have no one to call for a last minute meet up at starbucks. I'll have no one to teach me eat indon food. No one called 'bestie' in Singapore..sigh...when I gave her a hug before she left, I couldn't bear to let her go.But since there were people there, I decided to make it short.sigh..I will miss her for sure...:(
i thought u understood, I guess i still don't know u well enough, and neither do u. You should know I would never skip unnecessarily. but this isn't something unnecessary. I'm disappointed...

Yesterday was a super unplanned meet up with the cousin. I was just msn-ing her and then all of a sudden, she asked me to meet up with her. At first I was reluctant cos I wanted to go home and watch a horror movie on TV. but after some persuasion, sympathy got the better of me and I found myself waiting at outside Bugis Village around 8pm.LOL. AND, the worst thing was, she had to tempt me with shopping and now, I don't know how I could have spent 15 bucks on 2 shirts. But I liked it..so....hahah..
When I got home, I quickly got myself some food and propped myself infront of the TV, all prepared to watch the horror movie, but at the very last minute, I chickened out cos I was all alone and the atmosphere started to get a little bit creepy.haha. I still wanna watch a horror movie and scream my lungs out and make my eyes go so big they pop out of the sockets man! i want.i want. The problem with me though, is that generally, I don't like to watch these kind of movies cos they make u replay what u saw in your mind. Then, everytime you are alone, you just start imagining stuffs and sometimes, you imagine so much, you think that you really saw it. Then, when you start seeing things, you end up becoming hysterical. that, is the start of a mental problem. And I don't think I want to ecome mentally ill.haha.
ouh..i want to shop also. so please pay please, do come soon.please.please?PLEASSSEEE!!!!
4 more hours to go ...im so hungry i can eat a human.hur hur-_-

out reach
The wind of anger blows out the lamp of intelligence.
- Anonymous
When people get angry, they act on impulse. Everything within their reach could be a source of weapon or a channel to transfer the excess energy out of their boiling mad heads. Sometimes, they just lose control and that's how you find murder cases making the headlines in newspapers every morning. When you're angry, calm down. It's like telling people, 'when you are sleepy, stay awake' or 'when you're hungry, don't think about food' haha. Ironic isn't it?
That was again, another one of those super random and out-of-nowhere entry that I had to put in. Sometimes, the brain just acts against the hand's and heart's will, and I find my fingers typing away to god knows what.sheesh, this is confusing.
Next week is 'the' week. And so is 2 weeks after that... Next week is Dinamis Seni's production week. I think there's going to be intense rehearsals, and I think I'm going to wear myself out and also go work looking like a sick panda.maybe i'll try to conceal the dark circles under my eyes with white paint instead of the normal concealer?*crosses eyes*
2 weeks after the production would be the day I become a student again.yippie! a colleague asked me if I am excited to go back school. Of course I am! I don't want to work anymore. I want to be able to absent myself for nothing and not have to face the 'boss'.ok,i'm so outta here.i'm crapping again as usual..be back for more craps!LOL

ok, 1 more day of sadness
remember I said something like i shouldn't mention that all's going well or else it'll be jinxed?well, it was jinxed. Right after I was done with work, I went to meet my cousin at Bugis, well, that was initially where we planned to meet. waited the bus for.....40 minutes, close to an hour, I was boiling mad. All the excitement was drained out of me, replaced by frustration and exhaustion. Upon reaching Tangs, I was about to go down the underpass, when I saw that the escalator there was under repair, so i had to go over to the other side of tangs(near far east plaza) to go through the underpass. once I reached Orchard MRT, i saw the ATM, so I decided to withdraw some money, waited for quite sometime and when it came to my turn....the machine had no change to dispense!oh!come on! had to go to the next machine to get cash instead.haiz...but thankfully, the meet up with the cousin acted as a theraphy to cure those jinx syndrome and drive it out of the system,so now, im ok again..haha.. Thanx to those who were concerned about my day yesterday..=)
and now i want to go and sleep, behind the counter.bye!ahahah

what a bad day
Today is a bad day. period. I woke up at the right time, however, my body refused to budge out of the bed, and the next thing I know, I was awakened by my mom at 7- the time when I was supposed to leave the house. huuh. Rushed through everything, finding stuffs to put in my bag and at the same time, tying up my hair. Made it out of the house in record time of 20 minutes.haha. rushed all the to the MRT station, only to find that I left my ez link in the pocket of my jeans I wore the day before. shit shit shit.wanted to use a standard ticket, but had no small change, so I had to go to the passenger service, get a change and go back all the way to the machine again. While in the train, I suddenly remember that I still have my poly ezlink card with me and I didn't use it just now. I felt so stupid, I just wanted to bang my head on the train door. erk! silly me.
When I finally got on the bus, then did things become more..normal. Haha, the only weird thing around was that the whole bus was all women except for the bus driver and 3 other men. haha, proves some people's statistics then...
Ouh, so I fell asleep, and when I woke up again, I saw this person who's also working at the same place as me but only thing is, I don't like him. In fact, I hate him. so arrogant.dahlah lembut..
so i pretended not to see him and walked super fast, as fast as the one jogging beside me.haah
And for now, everything's good, but I shall not say more in case it's jinxed.
Let's talk about yesterday. went to work to settle some stuffs, went town to settle some more stuffs, went skool for even more stuffs, with help from fana of course..=) that explains the 'dead log' sleep I had. And yesterday, was especially sweltering. and i chose the wrong outfit to go with the weather. me and my 'sense of fashion' hur hur
Thank you to you for that something, and to fana for helping me out with it..I understand u had to carry it from home..haha..
